Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, reservations, sales, hospitality, or holiday home management.
• Experience handling customer inquiries and converting leads into bookings is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Reply to guest inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms.
• Provide details on availability, rates, amenities, locations, and policies.
• Convert qualified inquiries into reservations with timely follow-ups.
• Understand guest needs and budgets to recommend holiday homes.
