Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

• Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Proficient with Windows, MS Office and CRS systems is a plus.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answer all calls and emails following brand standards.

• Book and manage reservations through the reservations system.
• Qualify and generate sales leads for the sales team.
• Ensure that the system and booking documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Configure rates in Opera PMS system.
