Frank Porter in Dubai is seeking a Communication Executive to orchestrate seamless interactions between property owners, guests and internal teams. This onsite role focuses on professional correspondence, timely responses, and accurate record-keeping to uphold our brand standards and ensure smooth property operations.

You will coordinate with operations, housekeeping, maintenance and onboarding, draft emails and notices, and escalate complex issues when needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Admin, Hospitality or related field.
• 1–3 years in communication, customer service, coordination or hospitality.
• Experience in hospitality, holiday homes, real estate, or property management.
• Able to respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up until resolution.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams to deliver operational excellence.
• Attention to detail in maintaining records and updates.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day communication with property owners, guests, internal departments, and external service providers.
• Respond to emails, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth property operations.
• Follow up on pending requests, maintenance issues, guest concerns, and owner requirements until resolution.
• Communicate property updates, service schedules, operational issues, and progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Handle guest complaints and owner concerns professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate communication records and ensure all relevant updates are documented.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure properties are prepared and ready for guest check‑in.
• Draft and review emails, reports, notices, and other business communications.
• Ensure communication follows company standards and maintains a positive brand image.
• Support the team in resolving operational issues through effective coordination and follow‑up.
