• Process and confirm guest room reservations by phone, letter or fax
• Input reservations into the computer and handle inquiries, complaints and requests
• Stay up to date with promotions and apply rate management
• Maintain product knowledge, rate structures and input of information
• Maintain filing system and collate reports as required
• Promote good public relations and maximize business
• Maintain accurate room status
• Answer incoming calls per Rotana standards and manage emails
• Organize visa requests for hotel guests and identify upsell opportunities
