Job summary

ibis Styles Dragon Mart in Dubai seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service from arrival to departure. You will handle inquiries, promote services, manage billing, and coordinate with other departments to maintain a seamless guest experience.

The role requires minimum 3 years in a Front Office position, strong leadership, and fluency in English (additional language is a plus).

Qualifications

• Higher education required or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in a Front Office/hospitality role
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and guest services from arrival to departure
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with prompt resolution
• Promote hotel services to enhance guest experience and revenue
• Manage billing, payments, and cash handling accurately
• Maintain guest records and reservations, including after-hours channels
• Oversee inventory control, safekeeping, and guest relocations as needed
• Coordinate effective communication between guests, departments and external partners
