Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort in Dubai invites applications for a Front Office Associate. You will provide prompt, courteous service at check-in and check-out, assist guests with inquiries, activities, and local information, and help coordinate arrivals to ensure a smooth stay.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, courteous, professional service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with enquiries, resort activities, special requests, and local information.
• Coordinate room assignments, arrivals, departures, VIPs, and special requests with Housekeeping and other departments.
• Monitor room availability, status and guest movements for smooth operations.
• Support Front Office during busy periods, including guest registration and check-out.
• Follow up on guest requests, feedback, complaints and compliments with timely resolution.
• Maintain effective communication with all departments for seamless guest service.
• Ensure accuracy of guest records, reports and procedures, including Guest Service Questionnaires.
• Handle challenging situations professionally per resort policies and procedures.
• Safeguard guests' belongings and ensure safety and security compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and present a professional image.
• Participate in training and contribute to a cooperative, service-oriented team.
• Perform other duties to support resort operations as assigned.
