Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is building a strong pool of talented Guest Relation Officers for future opportunities across the UAE. As a Guest Relation Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our branches, providing a warm welcome, understanding the purpose of their visit, and guiding them to the appropriate team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of customer service or customer-facing experience, ideally in automotive.
Strong written and spoken English.
A confident, engaging and customer-focused personality.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

Provide customers with a warm and professional welcome when entering the branch.
Identify the purpose of each customer's visit and understand their needs.
Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
Ensure customers with appointments are smoothly connected with the correct Sales Executive.
Support a seamless customer journey throughout their branch experience.
Ensure customers feel acknowledged and valued when leaving the branch.
Work closely with Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
