Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in the UAE seeks a Guest Relation Officer to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our branches, delivering a warm welcome and guiding them to the right team. You will help ensure a smooth journey from entry to departure.

The role requires confidence, strong English, and a service mindset suitable for a fast-paced automotive environment. 1 year in customer-facing roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or experience in a customer-facing role preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Confident, engaging, and customer-focused personality.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm and professional welcome when entering the branch.
• Identify the purpose of each customer’s visit and understand their needs.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or team member.
• Ensure customers with appointments are smoothly connected with the correct Sales Executive.
• Support a seamless customer journey throughout the branch experience.
• Ensure customers feel acknowledged and valued when leaving the branch.
• Work closely with Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
