Miral Experiences in Abu Dhabi invites a Guest Services Associate to be the first point of contact, delivering warm hospitality, guiding guests to shows, attractions and facilities, and promoting tickets, merchandise, and services with a POS system.

You will handle cash, manage turnstiles, lost and found, and safety procedures, contribute to operational efficiency, upsell and cross-sell, and adapt to guests’ needs with integrity and a service-minded attitude.

Qualifications

• Higher secondary education or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of operational experience in guest or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with basic computer operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to entertain and engage guests.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing guest needs and business requirements.
• Inherent respect for guests and integrity in duties.
• Experience in cash handling and POS system operations.
• Proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Farsi, or Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, considering each guest’s unique needs.
• Process all ticket and product sales efficiently through a computerized POS system and manage cash transactions.
• Balance and reconcile cash registers and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Educate guests on promotions, pricing, shows and attractions; upsell services and products.
• Manage the lost and found counter and assist in safety and evacuation procedures.
• Coordinate queue management and oversee turnstile operations for smooth guest entry and exit.
• Distribute guest satisfaction surveys and ensure data submission.
• Maintain a smooth guest-facing environment across facilities.
