Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of Food & Beverage experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Bilingual, with Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist guests with menu selections and information on offerings.
• Upsell food, beverages, side dishes, and promotions.
• Take and relay orders; serve according to standards.
• Keep outlet clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and recover when needed.
• Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately.
• Support opening and closing procedures; replenish supplies as required.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and promotions to support recommendations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures and participate in trainings.
• Work as part of a proactive, team-oriented unit.
