Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation invites applications for a Guest Service Officer to deliver an exceptional level of service at the hotel reception within the Rooms Division. You will support daily operations, assist guests with inquiries, check-in/check-out and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth, efficient service and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, with 1–2 years of hotel operations experience.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
