Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins with identity verification and room assignment.
• Verify payment methods and secure payment prior to issuing keys.
• Prepare daily cashier and closing reports for management.
• Assist and coach team members; model professional behavior.
• Provide guests with directions and property information, and fulfill requests.

Education
