Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by coordinating with the appropriate department.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Process Marriott Rewards points and reservations over phone, fax, or mail.
• Assist in training and motivating colleagues; uphold brand standards and confidentiality.
• Provide friendly, professional service and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
