Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Holding is seeking a Customer Service Officer (On Ground) for Entertainment Operations. You will support daily operations across MAF Cinemas, Magic Planet, and Ski Dubai, handling guest inquiries, tickets, and events.

You will interact with guests in English, with Arabic as an advantage; cash handling and upselling are part of the role in a fast-paced entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service, food and beverage, or retail experience.
• Minimum high school education.
• English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Cash handling and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent high-level customer service across MAF Entertainment venues.
• Handle ticketing, sales, and bookings using system platforms.
• Process payments and cash reconciliation.
• Assist with guest services including inquiries, complaints, parties and events.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and professional standards.
