Job summary

MAJID AL FUTTAIM is hiring a customer service associate to support daily operations across MAF Entertainment venues, including Cinemas, Magic Planet, and Ski Dubai. You will handle ticketing, payments, inquiries, and help deliver a safe, enjoyable guest experience.

Strong communication in English is essential; Arabic is a plus. Candidates should have 1–2 years in customer service or retail, basic computer and cash handling skills, and a high school education. UAE family book is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education.
• 1–2 years in customer service, F&B or retail.
• Strong communication in English; Arabic is a bonus.

• Ability to upsell and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent high-level customer service across all venues.
• Support daily operations across Cinemas, Magic Planet, and Ski Dubai.
• Handle ticketing, sales, bookings using system platforms, upsell.
• Process payments, issue receipts/refunds, and perform cash reconciliation.
• Assist with guest inquiries, complaints, tours, and coordination of parties and events.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and professional standards.
