Job summary

Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences is seeking a Guest Services Host - Telecommunications to be the face of the property, delivering exceptional guest experiences and coordinating communication needs across front-of-house operations.

You will welcome visitors, answer inquiries, support telecom teams, handle calls, and maintain a welcoming reception area. Arabic language skills are an advantage, and proficiency with MS Office and telephone systems is desirable.

• Previous experience in guest services or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring smooth check-in and a positive impression.
• Manage guest inquiries and provide information on services and processes.
