The Lana, Dubai is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to join our Rooms - Guest Relations team. You will be delivering warm, personalised service to guests and upholding the high standards of the Dorchester Collection.

We expect 2–3 years of relevant experience in luxury hotels, excellent communication in English, and a flair for creating memorable guest moments. This full-time role is based in Dubai and aligned with our We Care philosophy and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualifications or hotel school diploma and 2–3 years of experience in luxury hotel guest relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to drive continuous improvements in guest satisfaction and service delivery.
• Promote the Dorchester Collection culture and values through daily interactions with guests and colleagues.
• Narrate stories and create memorable guest moments across the guest journey.
• Own guest communications and share insights with hotel leadership to strengthen guest connections.
• Support concepts and experiences in line with the hotel's strategic priorities.
