The Lana Residences managed by Dorchester Collection Dubai seeks a Residence Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will oversee front-of-house operations, greet residents and guests, train and supervise the team, and collaborate across departments to uphold the We Care standards in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Residence Concierge / Guest Service Agent preferred.
• High level of English and additional languages are an advantage.
• English is the primary language used in our residences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations of the Residence Lobby.
• Greet residents and visitors, ensuring the best guest experience.
• Motivate, train, supervise, and counsel the team.
• Plan daily, weekly, monthly assignments for staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain We Care standards.
