Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a Guest Experience Host & Face-to-Face Lead Generator to welcome owners and guests, share information on local attractions, and register visitors.

You will help generate sales appointments, coordinate with resort operations, and ensure a seamless check-in experience while meeting KPIs and weekend shift requirements. The role requires excellent communication, Arabic and English fluency, and experience in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar hotel position.
• Genuine passion for customer service and local area.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register owners and guests.

• Assist in tour generation to meet qualification specs.
