Responsibilities

• Answer telephone within 3 rings using proper salutations.
• Take and confirm reservations/cancellations per standards.
• Greet guests at restaurant entrance and seat them according to floor plan.
• Ensure menus/check folders and hostess stand are organized and clean.
• Communicate changes to management during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of tables and service areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and activities.
• Handle guest complaints following SOPs to ensure satisfaction.
