• Support efficient check-out by processing departures, verifying charges, handling payments, and issuing receipts.
• Provide hotel and local knowledge to assist guest inquiries about offerings, rooms, rates, promotions and the local area.
• Promote hotel services with up-selling of amenities to maximize revenue.
• Delight guests by responding to requests, resolving concerns with urgency, and managing messages.
