Job summary

InterContinental Abu Dhabi, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a warm, confident F&B Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team and help create memorable dining experiences.

You will greet guests, manage reservations, escort guests to tables, answer calls, and coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service. A polished appearance, excellent English, and guest-focused service are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a guest-facing Food & Beverage role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, confident and professional personality.
• Strong guest service skills with ability to create a positive first impression.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus.
