Qualifications

• Strong communication and guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service at all times.
• Welcome guests to the outlet, greet and guide them to tables, and be a point of contact.
• Take outlet reservations, manage the reservation book and answer calls impeccably.
• Set up the outlet prior to service hours with the team.
• Coordinate with the service team for floor-plan arrangements and reserved tables.
• Observe cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet and entrance area.
