Responsibilities include welcoming guests, organizing the host stand, guiding seating, knowing menus, and maintaining dining room cleanliness. College education or equivalent; 1–2 years luxury hotel hostess experience; English proficiency and basic F&B computer systems knowledge; positive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a Hostess in luxury hotels.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Working knowledge of Four Seasons policies, operations, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with a team of servers.
• Manage the host stand, review the reservation book, and make recommendations for table setup.
• Ensure cleanliness of dining sections and check each table prior to opening.
• Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus and restaurant information.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Floor Manager, Director of Beverage, and Hotel Manager.
