Responsibilities

• Perform tasks to service food and beverage according to the hotel standards.
• Greet, seat and serve customers professionally and discreetly.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the menu to assist guests with recommendations.
• Monitor quality of F&B being served and maintain hygiene standards.
• Handle guest complaints/queries satisfactorily and maintain service equipment.
• Prepare service before, during, and after the service (mis-en-place).
• Minimise wastage, breakage and spoilage; use upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
