Job summary

Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai is seeking a Front Office team member to ensure smooth stays and memorable guest experiences. You will greet guests warmly, assist wherever possible, and maintain a sincere, guest-centric service attitude in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include adhering to hotel standards, handling guest inquiries, updating guest records, and supporting daily operations with teamwork and professionalism.

Qualifications

• College Graduate or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
• Minimum one year of proven professional experience in a telephone operator or front office reception role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer systems and standard office software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and respond to operational requirements with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai standards are adhered to.
• Guests should not be kept waiting; make guests feel welcome, at home and relaxed.
• Anticipate guests' needs so there is little need to ask for anything.
• Read logs and receive handovers; ensure systems in the Telephone Operators room are up and running.
• Know events and meetings in the hotel; stay informed about city events.
• Provide quick, efficient guest information and maintain guest history.
• Attend daily briefings and training; follow up on pending issues with relevant parties.
• Maintain proper filing and record keeping; upsell where possible.
