Rotana Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a passionate Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the Housekeeping Attendants, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort at Park Rotana & Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong English communication, a hospitality diploma, and the ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment.

Opera experience is an advantage, and you will participate in daily briefings, handle VIPs and special requests, and ensure inventory and equipment

Qualifications

• Diploma or vocational hospitality training is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English is essential.
• Good interpersonal and problem solving abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Housekeeping Attendants' job assignments.
• Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants.
• Take note of VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, Double-Lock Rooms and take appropriate action.
• Attend daily meetings and receive special instructions.
• Receive check-outs before reporting them as vacant.
• Receive special requests from guests and carry them out.
• Inspect areas cleaned using checklist to ensure cleaning meets standards.
• Fill out reports and hand over found articles to Lost & Found.
• Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors and stairwells.
• Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants and advise Superior about performance.
• Assist with inventory and ensure machines/equipment are properly maintained.
