Job summary

Hilton Abu Dhabi is seeking a Receptionist/Guest Services Executive to deliver exceptional service from check-in to check-out. You will handle guest queries, guide on hotel facilities, and maintain high grooming and professional standards.

You will work as part of the Front Office Team, ensuring accurate cash handling, efficient check-in/out, and adherence to hotel policies while delivering a warm, personalised guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests including check-in/out and complete audit procedures as required.
• Keep Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors informed of feedback from guests and other departments.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
• Attend training courses and assist with Night Teams training and development.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, promotions and general product knowledge.
• Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
• Follow hotel credit policy for foreign currencies, credit cards and cash.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislation.
• Adhere to policies and procedures when using front of house equipment and property management systems.
• Follow company brand standards and assist other departments as necessary.
