Job summary

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking a Guest Relations Executive to create memorable experiences by delivering personalized service throughout the guest journey. You will be the main contact for guests, anticipating needs and maintaining Hyatt's standards of hospitality.

Work with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other teams to ensure seamless service, manage guest feedback, assist in loyalty and recognition programs, and uphold brand meaning while staying compliant with health, safety,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar guest-facing role within a luxury hotel.
• Knowledge of online reputation management platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• English fluency required; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Hyatt brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Build strong relationships with guests and handle inquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Serve as key contact for VIP guests and special occasions to enhance satisfaction.
• Monitor guest feedback across platforms and respond in a timely, personalized manner.
• Escalate urgent guest concerns to management and ensure resolution.
• Encourage guest feedback and identify opportunities to increase positive reviews.
