Job summary

W Hotels in Dubai is seeking a bell attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage and transportation, and support the bell staff in delivering a seamless guest experience at our Palm Jumeirah property.

You will help guests with directions, manage luggage, and ensure safety and courtesy in all interactions. This role requires a professional appearance and the ability to move quickly during shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: Less than 1 year supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and inform them of property amenities, services, and hours of operation.
• Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval; transport luggage to and from guest rooms or bell area.
• Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles; load/unload luggage as needed.
• Arrange transportation (taxi, shuttle, limousine) and record advance requests.
• Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed; communicate parking procedures to guests.
• Follow up to ensure requests are met; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
