Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts, at voco Dubai, is seeking a Bell Person to deliver outstanding guest service. You will assist guests at the front entrance, manage luggage, and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local experiences.

The role requires a friendly, proactive communicator with attention to detail and safety awareness, able to work shifts and maintain a welcoming environment for guests and residents.

Qualifications

• Polished guest service skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stay calm and courteous in busy environments.
• Strong awareness of safety and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily event reviews with Concierge Supervisor.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities, promotions and city happenings.
• Ensure front entrance and Bell Desk are staffed, and areas are clean and safe.
• Retrieve guest items from cars and luggage using safe handling techniques.
• Navigate bell cart through public areas and guest corridors.
• Escort guests to rooms or outlets and explain emergency routes if needed.
• Record guest requests and follow up promptly.
• Answer phone professionally and take messages accurately.
