SO/ Uptown Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is seeking a friendly and proactive Bellman to greet guests, assist with luggage and provide personalized service that enhances guest experiences in a luxury setting.

You will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, escort guests, explain room features and hotel facilities, and coordinate transportation while collaborating with Front Office, Concierge and Housekeeping to ensure flawless service.

Qualifications

• Experience in bellman or hotel service roles is preferred.
• Experience in luxury or 5-star environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities across diverse guests.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests on arrival and departure with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist with loading/unloading and transporting luggage safely.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain features, services and amenities.
• Provide information on facilities, dining, activities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate taxi and airport transfer arrangements efficiently.
• Maintain the bell desk and entrance areas in a tidy, professional state.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and others to ensure seamless service.
