Qualifications

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in hospitality or entertainment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Vista).
• Experience in cinema, leisure, or entertainment industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
