Qualifications
- Previous background in Front Desk operations; Guest Relations experience is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Working knowledge of hotel software such as Opera, HotSOS, Spa Soft is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Act as a hotel ambassador throughout the day and deliver the brand experience.
- Show guests round and conduct daily duties efficiently and warmly.
- Be empathetic and guest-centric in handling requests and interactions.
- Coordinate with host and creative teams to fulfill special occasions and requests.
