Job summary

You will verify payments, issue and file room keys, and relay messages while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and a professional appearance in a dynamic luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
• Secure payment; verify and adjust billing; activate and file room keys.
• Process all guest requests and relay messages; follow up on outstanding requests from the previous day.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; assist guests with directions and information about property amenities and hours.
• Notify Loss Prevention of any guest reports of theft; maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.
