Dorchester Collection, at ONE&AVA Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, seeks a Guest Experience Agent to deliver ultra-luxury service and warmly welcome residents. You will work alongside Lobby Hosts, Concierge, and Doormen to ensure a seamless guest journey.

This role emphasizes strong communication, discretion and a calm presence, with entry-level experience in hospitality and a drive to grow within a renowned luxury brand. UAE national focus applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest relations, customer service or front desk operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates emotional intelligence, discretion and integrity in interactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents warmly and deliver ultra-luxury service standards.
• Support daily front-of-house operations alongside Lobby Hosts and Concierge.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures, check-ins, and check-outs with professionalism.
• Maintain detailed resident preference profiles for personalized touches.
• Respond promptly to requests and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Ensure a pristine and welcoming ambiance in lobby and amenity spaces.

Impeccable communication skills, emotional intelligence, discretion, and integrity. Strong organizational agility and a calm presence under pressure.
