Job summary

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining dining area cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction. English is required, Arabic is a plus, and at least 1 year of hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a waiter/waitress.
• Excellent customer service and pleasant personality.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take their orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly, with attention to quality and presentation
• Ensure cleanliness of all dining areas before, during, and after services
• Maintain good communication with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Follow up with guests after their meals to receive feedback
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner according to the restaurant's standards
• Ensure that all safety and sanitation policies are strictly followed at all times
