InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a Bell Service Agent to greet guests, assist with luggage, and guide guests through our luxury property. You will provide information on facilities, escort to rooms, and coordinate with other departments to ensure flawless service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong customer service experience, excellent communication, and the stamina to handle busy shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
