InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a Bell Service Agent to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide hotel information at the property on Hayat Island. You will escort guests to rooms, answer inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to ensure memorable stays.

The role requires a high school diploma, hospitality experience, strong communication, and professional appearance. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy luggage.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
