Job summary

AYAN Labs seeks a proactive business development professional in Dubai to build the sales pipeline across Gulf brands. You will identify the right brands, reach out with concise problem-focused messages, and secure initial meetings for the founders.

You are expected to learn selling AYAN by attending early meetings, progressing leads, and taking smaller deals as you earn them. This is a founder-led, growth-focused role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Two to three years making things happen with people who did not owe you their time.
• Agency business development, consulting, event sales, growth at an early company.
• You write messages that get answered and turn conversations into meetings.

Responsibilities

• Find the right person inside the right brand and book the first meeting with them.
• Qualify meetings and hand the founders a time slot worth their hour.
• Turn conversations into a thirty-minute slot by Friday using provided data.
