Job summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Head of Services in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates for a leading organization. The role oversees service operations, asset management, project delivery, and commercial contract management to drive growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years in services leadership, a strong track record of managing P&L, tender success, and experience in partnerships, CRM platforms, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years in services management or senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service operations ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement with SLA compliance and performance metrics.
• Manage service assets lifecycle and maintenance.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and timely delivery.
• Lead bid, tender, pricing, and contract management.
• Negotiate commercial terms and administer contracts.
• Grow business by expanding services and strategic initiatives.
• Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting for the Services division.
• Build and mentor cross-functional teams.
• Ensure health, safety, quality, and governance compliance.
• Establish policies and controls; monitor MIS reporting.
• Lead change, innovation, and cross-stakeholder collaboration.
