Black & Grey HR is hiring for a Head of Services for a leading organization in the UAE. We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to oversee the complete Services function, ensuring operational excellence, commercial success, and sustainable business growth. This role will be responsible for leading service operations, asset management, project delivery, commercial and contract management, while driving continuous improvement and supporting the company's long-term strategic objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• -Lead and oversee end-to-end service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• -Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, SLA compliance, and performance monitoring.
• -Manage service assets, ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• -Oversee project planning, execution, resource allocation, and timely delivery within budget.
• -Lead the bid, tender, pricing, and contract management process to maximize business opportunities.
• -Manage commercial negotiations and ensure effective contract administration.
• -Drive business growth by expanding service offerings and supporting strategic initiatives, including the Warra business.

• -Experience in bid management, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
• -Understanding of partnerships, joint ventures, and alliance management.
