Black & Grey HR partners with a leading UAE retail organization to appoint a Chief Executive Officer. The role carries full accountability for shaping strategic direction, strengthening organizational capability, and delivering sustainable profitability across a multi-site operation.

You will lead strategic initiatives, drive growth, oversee end-to-end operations, manage governance with the board, and build a high-performing executive team in a highly dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in a senior executive leadership role within a high-scale consumer-facing business.
• Strong track record of leading complex, multi-unit operations with full P&L ownership.
• Demonstrated success in driving transformation, growth acceleration, and operational improvement.
• Strong commercial judgment combined with strategic and executional depth.
• Familiarity with the UAE business environment is required.
• Attractive compensation package.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the medium- and long-term business agenda in line with shareholder expectations.
• Identify growth opportunities across market expansion, format development, partnerships, and portfolio optimization.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable business plans and execution roadmaps.
• Drive revenue growth, margin enhancement, and overall business productivity.
• Oversee end-to-end retail operations to ensure consistency in execution, customer delivery, and service standards.
• Monitor business performance through clear KPIs and implement corrective action where required.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, and capital allocation decisions.
• Ensure disciplined cost management while protecting growth investments.
• Maintain strong oversight of financial health, profitability, and cash performance.
• Build and lead a high-performing executive leadership team.
• Strengthen organizational capability, succession depth, and leadership culture.
• Foster accountability, agility, and cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise.
• Maintain strong engagement with shareholders, board members, and key external stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE regulatory, governance, and corporate standards.
• Protect and enhance corporate reputation across the market.
