Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive revenue growth through performance-focused initiatives in the UAE. You will manage lead generation, optimize the funnel from awareness to sale, and collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead quality.

You will oversee campaigns on Meta, Google, and Marketplace, lead a team across Content, Ads, Design, and PR, and coordinate weekly with sales and customer service to reduce deal failures and boost conversions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing
• Proven track record in managing advertising campaigns and optimizing conversion rates
• Strong leadership experience in team management and development
• Solid understanding of the relationship between marketing and sales
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results consistently
• Arabic language proficiency
