Role Purpose
Lead the group's growth marketing capability across paid acquisition, performance media, CRM, lifecycle, funnel optimisation, and experimentation — ensuring digital investment drives measurable acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Funnel Management
- Develop growth plans for priority corporate and portfolio initiatives based on customer journeys and business targets
- Map funnel stages, conversion points, and audience segments; prioritise opportunities by impact, evidence, and effort
Performance Media
- Set channel strategies and budget allocation across paid search, social, display, video, and programmatic
- Review campaign structure, targeting, creative, bidding, and landing-page performance; define stop/scale rules
CRM & Lifecycle
- Build lifecycle strategies covering onboarding, nurture, activation, retention, cross-sell, and re-engagement
- Define segmentation, journey logic, and contact policies; partner with Technology on data and automation requirements
Experimentation & Conversion
- Maintain a prioritised experimentation backlog across media, messaging, offers, audiences, and digital experiences
- Work with Digital Product and Studio teams to test landing pages and creative, and scale proven improvements
Analytics & Performance
- Own reporting across spend, CAC, CPL, CPA, conversion, revenue, retention, and cohort performance
- Partner with the Marketing Analyst on attribution, forecasting, and ROI; ensure tagging standards are followed
Team & Agency Management
- Manage and develop Performance & Media and CRM & Lifecycle executives
- Manage agencies, platforms, and vendors; build a culture of experimentation, transparency, and evidence-based decision-making

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; postgraduate or professional qualifications desirable for senior positions
- 8-12 years of growth, performance, CRM, or digital-marketing experience
- Proven ownership of significant budgets and measurable funnel outcomes
- Strong hands-on platform, analytics, and lifecycle knowledge
