Job summary

Bybit is seeking a senior Growth/Product Lead to drive activation and retention for its digital asset platform in Dubai. You will own MAU, DAU, and conversion metrics, and guide consumer-facing features from concept to launch across campaigns and gamified experiences.

You will partner with design, engineering, data, and compliance to deliver scalable growth programs, including seasonal events, trading incentives, and referral initiatives, while navigating regulatory requirements and KYC

Qualifications

5+ years in internet product/growth roles, incl. crypto/Web3 preferred.
Strong activation/retention metrics ownership with proven results.
Excellent product design skills for 0-to-1 features.
Experience with licensed/reg platforms; understand KYC and geo-restrictions.
Data-literate; proficient in SQL/BI; able to design and analyze experiments.
Excellent cross-cultural communication; able to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

Own exchange active user metrics and activation growth strategies.
Lead growth feature planning for task systems, rewards stores, and incentives.
Plan and operate user campaigns (trading competitions, airdrops, seasonal events).
Optimize activation and retention curves using funnel analysis and A/B testing.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive delivery.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
