Job summary

Bybit Limited in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Growth/Product Operations professional to own lifecycle and growth strategies for our core platform. You will optimize trading-driven product mechanisms, design segmentation, and deliver personalized experiences at scale to drive onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.

You will work with Product, Data, Marketing, and regional teams to implement cross-functional programs and run experiments (A/B tests) to boost key metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth or product operations with measurable growth results.
• Deep understanding of user lifecycle and growth funnel for scalable processes.
• Strong data-driven decision making with a track record of shipping into production.
• Fluent English for global teams.
• Hands-on data analysis and A/B testing experience.
• Trading, financial, or FinTech product operations/growth background preferred.
• Community operations experience with comparable competitor products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle OKRs and drive metrics like eFTD/eFTT conversion, retention, resurrection rate, and Net LTV.
• Design segmentation framework based on user attributes, behavior, and lifecycle stage; design end-to-end user journeys.
• Build granular segmentation and tagging; deliver personalized recommendations and differentiated strategies across content, tasks, perks, incentives, and messaging.
• Design and ship lifecycle programs for activation, engagement, dormancy prevention, and winback.
• Lead design and iteration of trading‑driving product mechanisms—task systems, tiering, perks/rewards, content and community (ByX).
• Track retention, FTD conversion, repeat rate, and Net LTV; run AI-assisted analyses; validate strategies via AB tests.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Marketing, Algorithm, and regional teams to embed lifecycle and personalization into plans.
