Job summary

Bybit in Dubai is seeking a Growth-focused UX/UI designer to join the Growth team and design and optimize user journeys and growth tools that drive retention and conversion. You will bridge user experience objectives with business growth goals, collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing to implement data-informed improvements across the platform.

The role requires 3+ years in UI/UX design, proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

3+ years of UI/UX design experience, with growth-focused or growth-related product design experience preferred.
Proficient in Figma and Adobe suite; strong product thinking and interaction design skills.
Able to participate in user research and end-to-end design workflows.
Fluent in English and Chinese; strong communication and collaboration with product and business teams.

Responsibilities

User Journey Design: Collaborate with Growth to complete journey and growth tool design requirements.
Design Execution & Tracking: Ensure fidelity in implementation; track post-launch performance and propose data-driven improvements.
User Research & Insights: Conduct market research, user interviews, and feedback for owned projects to drive experience improvements.
Cross-Team Support: Understand business context and provide flexible supplementary support across teams.
Design Consistency: Maintain platform-wide design standards with UED designers.
