Bybit is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive high-impact digital initiatives across multiple business functions. You will bridge business needs and technical execution by translating complex requirements into scalable product solutions and work closely with Engineering, Data, Design, Operations, Marketing, and stakeholders to define priorities and deliver measurable impact.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in digital products or tech teams.
• Fluent professional English.
• Strong experience developing, reviewing, and managing MRDs and PRDs.
• Proven ability to translate complex problems into clear product and technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience partnering with Engineering and Data teams.

Responsibilities

• Define priorities and drive execution across Engineering, Data, Design, Operations, Marketing and business teams.
• Own MRD/PRD creation, review, and refinement with clear acceptance criteria.
• Set success metrics and measure post-launch performance across business and user indicators.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery and optimization.
• Communicate progress and risks to leadership with actionable recommendations.
