Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Growth Operations Lead to drive user growth, engagement, and asset conversion across Earn & Wealth products. You will build scalable growth systems, leverage data insights, and collaborate across Product, Finance, and Marketing to optimize ROI and monetization.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, lifecycle optimization, and demand generation through CRM and engagement channels, with a focus on crypto-based offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations within internet, fintech, or crypto industries; wealth/investment products preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute user growth, conversion, and retention strategies across the Earn & Wealth product suite.
• Build and optimize the full user lifecycle framework (onboarding → first investment → repeat investment → high-value user upgrade).
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and ROI evaluation of growth campaigns and initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Finance, and BD teams to enhance product capabilities and monetization.
